  Walk Without Borders

  Susan Smyth: A member Donna Zaffino is organizing a 5K walk to support Medicins Sans frontiers Canada.

  The donations will be directed specifically to MSF to fight against Ebola.

  Donna’s team is walking on October 25th from Spencer Smith.

  We had 4 friends participate in the walk. We only had 3 weeks in which to organize this walk. So we were worried that we would not do as well as we hoped in such a short time.

  Our team consisted of 4 walkers.  To date we have recorded $2280.00 in donations thus exceeding our fundraising goal by 228%.  However, not all pledges are reflected in the total as yet.  Some pledges were undisclosed amounts and there are still a couple more donations to be received and recorded.
