Regina Bendig: The CNIB Foundation has announced a new program, called Phone It Forward. “This program gives smartphones to people with sight loss who need them and gives Canadians, like yourself, a unique opportunity to donate your used phones, receive a tax receipt, and empower people who are blind in the process.
