Along with her duties as City Councillor for Ward Two in Burlington, Ms. Meed Ward serves on the Downtown Parking Committee, The Licensing Committee, Conservation Halton, Heritage Burlington, and Burlington Seniors Advisory Committee. Her newsletter, In Your Neighbourhood, informs citizens about changes and developments in the city. She gives her take and asks for readers’ opinions on this information. She will be talking to us about the future development and intensification of Burlington, including plans for the new lakefront park, and hopefully any current issues that may arise in our city.
