Covid19 has impressed upon us the importance of emotional and physical wellbeing. What better way than to meet with our CFUW-caring friends to look at ways to boost our wellbeing!

This is the focus of this new group. Our first outing will be a walk together followed by an outdoor chat on future directions for the group.
