DESCRIPTION:You are Invited to our General Meeting \non Wednesday\, September 22\, 2021 \nat 7:00 p.m. \nWelcome back CFUW Members to an exciting and almost-normal year! \nWe are so pleased to announce that our first meeting of the 2021-22 season will be held in person in the Roseland Room at Port Nelson United Church\, 3132 South Drive\, Burlington.  The Roseland Room is very large\, can hold 276 people\, and has a new\, top quality ventilation system. \nThe following Covid-19 Safety Protocols will be observed at this meeting: \n·         Please only attend if you are double-vaxxed  \n·         Bring a copy of your vaccination record\, either on\nyour phone or printed out in accordance with\nProvincial requirements                      \n·         Be prepared to sign in for contact tracing purposes \n·         Wear a mask indoors \n·         Maintain a safe physical distance from others when\nsitting and standing \n·         Bring your own pen for Interest Group sign ups \n·         Carry your own water bottle for hydration \nNote:  If there are any unforeseen changes requiring this meeting to be held via Zoom instead of in person\, you will be advised through an E-Blast and a post on our web site. \nThe primary focus of our September meeting will be Interest Group explanations and sign-ups.  You will also have an opportunity to meet our new Executive Team\, hear about our Speaker Series for the 2021-22 season\, and enjoy some fascinating tales from our very own storyteller\, Marina Lloyd. \nIf you have not already done so\, you can pay your membership fee in person.  You may also wish to consider making a separate donation to the Scholarship Foundation.  Bring along a friend and introduce her to our wonderful group.  We look forward to safely socializing after our long period of isolation. \n  \nThank you for participating in and supporting our club activities! \n\nRegards\, \nMarianne Singh-Waraich/Ruth Levkoe \nCFUW Burlington Leadership Team
