Salad of Mixed Baby Greens topped with tomato, cucumber, peppers and baby onion sprouts drizzled with oil & balsamic dressing
 
Entree Choice of:  
Chicken Toscana  stuffed with ricotta and spinach. Topped with a roasted red pepper sauce. Served with herb roasted mini potatoes and medley of fresh seasonal vegetables

Oven Baked Salmon with watercress sauce. Served with herb roasted mini potatoes and medley of fresh seasonal vegetables
OR
Pasta with Roma Tomatoes, wilted spinach and shallots with brandy cream sauce. Served with medley of fresh seasonal vegetables
